HMPPS CFO3
What is CFO3?
CFO3 is supported by His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). It is a voluntary programme designed to help people within the justice system prepare for when they leave custody and re-enter the community. We aim to increase social inclusion by engaging with support from the community in areas such as health, family, housing, education and employment.. the TKO "Inspire Pack" is an accredited program offering offender education both in custody and in the community.

Who can we help?
Participants should be:
- Resident in the UK with permission to work
- Unemployed (all prison starters are considered unemployed at enrolment)
- Over 18 years of age
- Serving a custodial sentence with up to three years left to serve, or
- Completing a post custody licence/supervision period or serving a community order
How we help?
Though our fantastic TKO "Inspire Pack" we provide support to individuals in a unique way looking back on the life and career of Premier League Footballer, Olivier Bernard.
Olivier share's with you his experiences of playing football at the highest level, but demonstrating the transferable skills he has picked up along the way. Such as goal setting & motivation, leadership & teamwork, equality & diversity, social media awareness, employability & enterprise, money management, controlling aggression and support with helping develop a positive future for yourself.
The TKO "Inspire Pack" is a fantastic tool to engage those who may have also been typically disengaged in meaningful activity in the past. It is applicable to anyone and you do not have to be a Sports or Football fan in order to enjoy and benefit from this brilliant learning tool.
In custody or in the community?
These distance learning packs are for both those in custody or serving a community order, come in high quality learning materials supported by a DVD tutorial for those with access to a DVD playing facility.
